The ASOCIACIÓN  DE INVESTIGACIÓN  METALÚRGICA DEL NOROESTE (hereinafter AIMEN) hereby informs the users of its website about the personal data protection Policy so that the users can freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide AIMEN with the personal data which may be requested or which may be obtained from the users due to registration in any of the services offered by AIMEN through its network of websites. AIMEN reserves the right to modify this policy, to adapt it to new legislation or case law, and to the industry's practices. Under said circumstances, AIMEN shall announce the changes on this page giving reasonable notice of their implementation.

Said services provided on the network of AIMEN websites may contain particular conditions with specific Personal Data Protection provisions.

AIMEN shall not cede the personal data to third parties unless it is necessary in order to provide the service requested by the user and only for the purpose of being able to perform the requested service.

For legal reasons AIMEN can and must provide all information required by the competent authorities according to the Spanish laws in the event of a court order which shall only arise in the event that the judge has reasonable grounds to suspect that the user has performed illegal activities. In these circumstances and in order to collaborate with the justice system, AIMEN can register and subsequently provide to the police, following the legally required court order, information relating to, amongst others, the IP address which identifies the user's connection, as well as the exact time of the connection, user names and passwords.
