| The VIII Workshop on Materials Processing with Laser Technology will take place on the 16th and 17th of November. This conference is being promoted and organised by the AIMEN Technology Centre.
In this – its eighth year– the international conference will present the latest advances in laser technology developed by companies, technology centres and universities.
The conference’s objective is to bring together experts working with laser technologies and those companies which are considering incorporating the technology in their production processes.
AIMEN has already organised seven of these annual conferences, and has made them a point of reference at both the regional and national levels. This eighth conference is intended to make the leap to the European level.
Since the aim of this event is to extend Spanish industry's knowledge of laser processes by presenting the latest European applications, it falls within the framework of activities promoted by the Galician MPF2020 Materials and Manufacturing Processes Technology Platform. This conference, now in its 8th year, has become an important knowledge forum for the sector as a direct result of presenting, year-on-year, the latest and most significant advances in this technology.
The conference runs from 9:00 to 17:00 on the first day, and 9:00 to 15:00 on the second, and will be covering:
